About the role

The Loyalty Management / Customer Experience Specialist will drive continuous optimization of our products and services, ensuring innovative growth while supporting data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously optimize products and services and ensure innovative development.
• Gather business requirements, analyse data and develop analytical approaches.
• Prepare and present business‑oriented proposals based on analytical results.
• Analyse market, competitor and customer experience to identify growth opportunities.
• Visualise analytical results in tables, diagrams and dashboards.
• Evaluate and optimise the effectiveness of campaigns and sales initiatives.
• Monitor performance of analytical models and drive continuous improvement.
• Digitise and develop business processes.
• Facilitate effective collaboration and communication with internal teams.
• Conduct horizon analyses and integrate findings into business decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business analytics, product management or a related field.
• Knowledge of product and service creation and development.
• Native‑level Azerbaijani and high‑level English and Russian.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Team player with a result‑oriented mindset and ability to adapt quickly.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (advanced)
• SQL and PL/SQL
• PowerPoint and Canva for high‑quality presentations
• Swagger and Postman for API testing
• Familiarity with modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude
• Understanding of Agile methodology
