About the role
The specialist will support the bank's process support department by handling incoming requests, performing routine tasks, and ensuring smooth operation of internal applications.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve requests received through the relevant software.
- Perform recurring processes in information systems based on internal bank documents.
- Provide user access to internal banking applications.
- Support the operation of software and applications used by bank staff.
- Investigate problematic cash payment operations at self‑service terminals.
- Ensure the daily closing of operations.
Required profile
- Fluent Azerbaijani language skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Analytical thinking and ability to draw correct conclusions from data analysis.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of SQL (Oracle).
- Basic knowledge of PL/SQL.
