Senior Consultant – Cyber Security Advisory

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to lead complex cybersecurity consulting engagements, helping clients manage cyber risk, governance, compliance, and transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity consulting and implementation projects.
• Conduct cyber risk, controls assessments, audits, and remediation planning.
• Manage multiple client engagements and project teams.
• Build strong relationships with senior and executive stakeholders.
• Support proposals, solution development, and business development opportunities.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to cybersecurity best practices.

Required profile

• Strong experience in cybersecurity/technology consulting, preferably at manager level or above.
• Good knowledge of PCI‑DSS, ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, GDPR, DORA and NIS2.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Fluency in Russian and Azeri is mandatory.
