Sales Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our digital advertising team. The role focuses on acquiring new clients and selling advertising space on screens located in Araz supermarkets across Baku.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, attract and develop new client relationships.
• Promote and sell digital advertising services.
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signing.
• Maintain and strengthen ongoing client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong motivation to achieve sales targets.
• Responsible, proactive and results‑oriented attitude.
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian.
• Previous sales experience is an advantage.

Required skills

• Competitive salary starting at 1,500 AZN per month, adjusted for experience.
• Part‑time schedule: 4–6 hours per day, five days a week.
• Weekends off (Saturday and Sunday).
