About the role

The Direct Sales Department of Birbank is looking for a Junior Specialist to promote credit and non‑credit products in the Dağlıq Şirvan region. The role involves contacting potential customers, guiding them to the appropriate branches and monitoring sales outcomes to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Visit partner and non‑partner organisations and arrange meetings with prospective clients.
• Promote Birbank’s credit and non‑credit products at various branch locations and other centres.
• Conduct presentations on bank products, capture client requirements and forward qualified leads to the appropriate branch.
• Assess and evaluate potential customers, perform initial analysis and recommend suitable products.
• Measure satisfaction of customers who have obtained bank products and leverage their feedback to attract new prospects.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities and results.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• Strong sales aptitude and customer‑orientation.
• High sense of responsibility, operational efficiency and decision‑making ability.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate at a high level.
