JV Partnership Manager

About the role

SpeedToLead is a real‑estate lead marketplace that connects motivated home‑seller leads with investors, wholesalers and operators. As the JV Partnership Manager you will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of joint‑venture partners – from recruitment and onboarding to coaching, performance management and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, qualify and close high‑quality JV partners with proven acquisition teams.
• Onboard new partners quickly, set clear expectations and drive fast activation.
• Coach partners on lead handling, follow‑up, prioritisation and pipeline execution.
• Organise monthly partner meetings, performance reviews and accountability check‑ins.
• Retain top‑performing partners through results‑based management and identify upsell opportunities.
• Detect early signs of disengagement and intervene before performance drops.
• Analyse best practices of top partners and help lower‑performing partners close the gap.
• Maintain partner‑base quality by filtering out weak operators.
• Build repeatable systems for recruiting, onboarding, coaching and scaling JV partners.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure partners are supported and operationally set up.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in partner recruitment, affiliate management, business development or a similar revenue‑generating relationship role.
• Proven track record of selling partnerships, setting expectations and holding partners accountable.
• Experience coaching external partners on execution and performance.
• Strong commercial judgement to differentiate serious operators from under‑performers.
• Ability to manage 30+ active partner relationships simultaneously.
• Highly organised, responsive and accountable.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools.
