Territory Sales Manager – Baku, Azerbaijan

About the role

X‑LAB, the performance bicycle brand of XDS, is expanding internationally and needs a hands‑on Territory Sales Manager to build its presence in Azerbaijan. You will work directly with independent bicycle dealers, opening new accounts and ensuring X‑LAB bikes are stocked on shop floors.

Key responsibilities

• Visit independent bicycle retailers in Baku and surrounding areas on a regular basis.
• Prospect, approach and open new dealer accounts through cold visits, referrals and industry networks.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial conversation to account setup and first order.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing dealers, providing ongoing support and follow‑up.
• Plan and organise territory activities, track progress in a CRM system and report results.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relationship‑based sales experience, preferably with small‑ and midsize businesses.
• Willingness to travel up to four days per week for in‑field visits.
• Strong organisational and territory‑planning abilities.
• Interest in cycling, sporting goods or performance products; bicycle‑industry experience is a plus.
