International Business Development Manager

About the role

Zhejiang Boduo Holding Group, a leading Chinese manufacturer of beverage ingredients, is expanding globally and seeks motivated International Business Development Managers to grow its presence in overseas markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in your home country and neighboring regions.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, restaurant groups, beverage manufacturers, and tea/coffee chains.
• Conduct market research, analyse trends, and propose product solutions to prospective clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing and provide ongoing account support.
• Prepare sales reports, business correspondence and communicate closely with the headquarters in China.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and the local language of your market.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Passion for sales and interest in the food & beverage, tea, coffee or ingredient industry.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently; recent graduates and career starters are encouraged.
• Previous sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
