Regional Sales Manager

About the role

Drive sustainable sales growth in the assigned region by leading and developing the field team, optimizing promotional budgets and resources, and ensuring disciplined execution of regional business plans. The role requires leveraging competitor insights and market analysis to refine strategies and strengthen customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales and business plans aligned with company objectives and sales targets.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regional performance to identify new sales opportunities.
• Lead, coach, and motivate Medical Representatives, conducting regular field visits and joint customer calls.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, healthcare professionals, and strategic partners.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to implement campaigns, educational programs, and product strategies.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, preparing regular business reviews and actionable analyses.
• Ensure full compliance with local regulations, industry codes, company policies, and pharmacovigilance requirements.

Required profile

• Degree preferably in Medicine, Pharmacy or Economics.
• Good command of English.
• At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical product sales.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze data and reporting, and a serious attitude toward professional duties.
