Sales Manager

About the role

AsstrA is looking for a proactive Sales Manager to drive B2B client acquisition and nurture existing relationships across its global logistics network. You will work in a multicultural environment, supporting trade lane consulting and contributing to the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Search for and attract new clients in the logistics sector.
• Visit customers onsite and advise them on relevant trade lanes and markets.
• Build and expand long‑term relationships with both existing and new customers.
• Collaborate with AsstrA offices worldwide and manage personal KPI and sales targets.

Required profile

• Experience in B2B sales within an international logistics company.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Proactive, responsible and self‑motivated attitude.
• Solid understanding of logistics, freight forwarding and transportation.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Passion for customer success and business development.
