About the role

The company is looking for a sales professional to lead its Baku sales operations, develop strategies, and drive revenue growth in line with the overall sales plan.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare sales plans for Baku in accordance with the company’s overall sales strategy.
• Set product sales targets and implement actions to achieve them.
• Monitor sales performance indicators and adjust strategies as needed.
• Lead, supervise and mentor the Baku sales representatives.
• Organise training and mentorship programmes for professional development.
• Analyse customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Identify new potential customers and expand the client base.
• Collect and analyse competitor products and market trends.
• Implement initiatives to increase product sales volume.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports and present analyses to management.
• Visit assigned sales points regularly to control the sales process.
• Conduct face‑to‑face meetings with customers and sales teams.

Required profile

• Higher education in business management, marketing, economics or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales or management.
• Proven experience in developing and applying sales strategies.
• Strong leadership, team‑management and communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Willingness to travel and work in an intensive schedule.

Required skills

• Advanced use of MS Office, especially Excel.
