Operator (Azvul Zavodu)

About the role

We are looking for an Operator to lead and manage our sales activities in Baku, aligning with the company’s overall sales strategy. The role involves planning, monitoring, and driving sales performance while supporting the professional development of the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare Baku sales plans in line with the overall company strategy.
• Set product sales targets and implement actions to achieve them.
• Monitor sales indicators and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Lead and supervise sales representatives working in Baku.
• Organise training and mentorship programmes for the sales team.
• Analyse customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Identify new prospects and expand the customer base.
• Collect and analyse competitor and market trend information.
• Visit assigned sales points regularly to control the sales process.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in sales or management.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to solve problems, make decisions and work under intensive schedules.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (advanced)
