Commercial Coordinator – Engineering Solutions

About the role

TCS is looking for a Commercial Coordinator to support the commercial and business development activities of its Engineering Solutions division, which includes Inspection, Lifting, Supply and related industrial solutions. The role will coordinate customer enquiries, tenders and commercial documentation to help drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate customer enquiries, commercial correspondence and follow‑up with existing and potential customers.
• Monitor tenders, RFQs, EOIs and pre‑qualification opportunities and ensure timely submissions.
• Manage customer and vendor registrations, pre‑qualification questionnaires and portal updates.
• Prepare and submit tender and commercial documentation, including technical, quality/OHSE, accreditation, financial and company information.
• Support the preparation and follow‑up of quotations, proposals and commercial offers.
• Assist new customer engagement and identify opportunities to expand services with existing clients.
• Organise customer meetings, presentations, site visits and other business‑development activities.
• Maintain records of tenders, pre‑qualifications and commercial opportunities and track deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial coordination, tendering, sales support or business development, preferably in engineering or industrial services.
• Strong commercial awareness with proven customer communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and coordinate effectively with commercial and technical teams.
• Fluent in Azerbaijani and English; Russian language skills are an advantage.
• Relevant education or professional qualification is a plus.
