Merchant Services Associate

About the role

As a Merchant Services Associate at Wolt, you will act as the main point of contact for our merchant partners, helping them navigate our platform, maintain high service standards, and grow their businesses. You will collaborate closely with operations and development teams to ensure smooth partner experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with partners by training them on Wolt’s systems and communicating product updates.
• Conduct regular quality and satisfaction checks to ensure partners meet service standards.
• Analyze partner data and share insights to support business growth.
• Maintain and update partner menus and visual assets in line with the Wolt brand.
• Assist the Development team with urgent partner‑related cases.
• Share best practices across the team to improve processes and support.

Required profile

• Strong empathy, honesty, and the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Comfortable working in high‑performance, high‑expectation environments.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of closing deals.
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude and ability to see tasks through to completion.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in English and Azerbaijani.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, innovative problem‑solver, and quick to adapt to market changes.
• At least one year of experience in customer support or partner operations is a plus.
