Business Development Assistant (Junior)

About the role

PortBIM is seeking a proactive Business Development Assistant to support its growth initiatives in the BIM, engineering and construction sectors. This junior position offers strong learning opportunities and a clear career path toward a Business Development Manager role.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in business‑development activities for PortBIM and the BIMix software ecosystem.
• Identify and contact potential MEP, architecture, construction, BIM and engineering firms locally and internationally.
• Develop and manage professional communities on LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Telegram.
• Support social‑media activity, coordinate posts, news, projects and events.
• Help prepare pitch decks, product presentations, promotional videos and website updates.
• Research market trends, competitors, target markets and freelance platforms.
• Monitor tenders and procurement opportunities, track leads and follow‑ups.

Required profile

• Strong English and Russian communication skills; German is a plus.
• 1‑3 years of relevant experience or strong early‑career potential.
• Confident, persistent and comfortable reaching out to new contacts.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, digital networking tools and professional communities.
• Willingness to learn BIM, Revit, MEP, AEC software and design automation.
