Senior Sales Professional – FinTech (Remote, CIS)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Professional to join our fast‑growing fintech ecosystem. The role is remote, covering Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan, and reports to the Regional Head of Business Development (CIS). You will leverage your experience in retail brokerage and a transferable client book in crypto, commodities or forex to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business and expand existing relationships in the CIS region.
• Lead and mentor a sales team, bringing your own network to the company.
• Negotiate and close deals with institutional and retail clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and client needs to inform strategy.

Required profile

• Proven sales professional in a retail brokerage environment with a transferable book in crypto, commodities (gold) or forex.
• Strong market knowledge of the CIS region and a reputation trusted by peers.
• Working proficiency in English and Russian, both written and spoken.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and eager to grow within the company.
