About the role
The Import Purchasing Manager for dairy products will lead the sourcing and acquisition of imported dairy items, ensuring market competitiveness and profitability. This role involves market analysis, supplier negotiations, and strategic planning to expand the company's dairy portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Research and analyze imported dairy products and market trends.
- Evaluate pricing, categories, and commercial terms for new products.
- Implement processes aimed at increasing market share and profitability.
- Conduct purchase, sales, profit‑loss, and inventory analyses.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize sourcing strategies.
Required profile
- Higher education degree.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commerce or sales.
- Fluent Russian (high level) and good English proficiency.
- Strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills.
