IT Support Engineer

About the role

Xsolla is seeking an IT Support Engineer to own end‑to‑end onboarding, manage internal services and serve as the primary on‑site point of contact for its office. The role blends on‑site and remote support with a strong customer‑service focus in a fast‑paced gaming‑industry environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end IT onboarding and offboarding, including account setup, access provisioning, deprovisioning and equipment handoff.
• Administer core internal and external services such as Google Workspace, Atlassian suite, Okta, LDAP, VPN, SIP, as well as office network, AV and conference‑room systems.
• Provide primary on‑site support, handling tickets, troubleshooting hardware and software, and assisting non‑technical staff.
• Manage the full lifecycle of office IT equipment – procurement, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning – while keeping accurate asset inventory.
• Maintain vendor relationships for hardware and services (e.g., Apple, Dell, Asus, Logitech).
• Support internal events, desk moves, and office reconfigurations.
• Create and maintain clear documentation and runbooks for owned systems and processes.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of hands‑on IT experience with hardware and software troubleshooting, installation and maintenance.
• Professional proficiency in English with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical colleagues.
• Strong interpersonal and customer‑service mindset.
• Ability to work independently, own problems end‑to‑end and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Proactive, organized, eager to learn and solve practical problems.
