Senior Windows Kiosk Imaging Expert

About the role

Intetics Inc. is looking for a Senior Windows Kiosk Imaging Expert to lead the design, creation, and maintenance of Windows kiosk images for a fleet of devices. The role focuses on ensuring reliable boot, secure lockdown, and reproducible deployments across multiple hardware revisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Windows kiosk imaging tasks, including master image creation, sysprep configuration, disk resizing, and capture/restore using Clonezilla.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell provisioning scripts, registry policies, ACLs, services, and RunOnce entries.
• Configure kiosk lockdown via Shell Launcher, including keyboard filtering and user capability restrictions.
• Integrate and validate drivers for two hardware board revisions, coordinating hardware access for testing.
• Manage boot chain and firmware aspects such as UEFI, Secure Boot, and custom boot logos.
• Address security improvements, removing plain‑text admin passwords and mitigating API key/TOTP exposure.
• Produce and keep comprehensive documentation for provisioning, imaging, and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with technical leads and stakeholders, participate in on‑call support, and ensure deliverables meet project goals.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with Windows, especially kiosk mode configuration (Shell Launcher).
• Proven experience delivering Windows kiosk environments and master images (Windows 11 IoT Enterprise or similar).
• Experience with large‑scale provisioning, imaging, and maintenance workflows, including driver integration for multiple hardware revisions.
• Ability to work with real kiosk hardware and resolve firmware/boot issues.
• Prior work on documentation‑heavy projects is a plus.
