About the role

We are looking for an ATM and payment‑terminal support specialist (or senior specialist) to join our team. The role ensures the stable and continuous operation of ATMs and payment terminals, analyses and resolves technical and transaction issues, and coordinates with vendors and internal technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, diagnose and provide technical support for ATMs and payment terminals.
• Monitor ATM/terminal performance and promptly identify technical faults.
• Investigate and resolve technical and transaction problems arising during ATM/terminal operations.
• Analyse log files, system journals and transaction data.
• Identify hardware and software issues and participate in their remediation.
• Perform initial diagnostics of network, IP, TCP/IP, host connections and timeout problems.
• Communicate and coordinate technical matters with ATM/terminal vendors.
• Participate in testing and implementation of vendor‑provided software solutions.
• Collaborate with internal IT, processing and other relevant teams.
• Take part in incident and problem management processes and prepare technical documentation and reports.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience with ATMs, payment terminals or related fields.
• Fluent Azerbaijani and proficient in Russian or English.
• Knowledge of ATM/terminal hardware principles and technical architecture.
• Understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of networking, IP, TCP/IP and host connections.
• Analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
