Targetologist / Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

JYSK Azerbaijan is looking for a performance‑driven Targetologist to generate high‑quality leads and sales through paid digital channels. You will own the full lifecycle of campaigns, from strategy and budgeting to daily optimisation and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse the product, target audience and competitors to shape campaign strategy.
• Define campaign objectives, KPIs, media plans and allocate budgets across Meta, TikTok and Google platforms.
• Launch, monitor and optimise paid campaigns in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and Google Ads.
• Set up audiences, retargeting, look‑alike segments and conversion tracking.
• Work with Google Search, Performance Max, YouTube and other ad formats.
• Conduct A/B testing of audiences, offers, creatives and ad bundles.
• Analyse performance daily to reduce CPL/CPA and improve ROAS.
• Map the advertising funnel from impression to lead and sale.
• Implement GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, UTM tags and conversion events.
• Prepare regular analytics reports, insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with marketing, SMM, design, content and sales teams.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and Google Ads.
• Proven ability to set up pixels, events and conversion tracking.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and sales‑funnel principles.
• Data‑driven decision‑making and analytical mindset.
• Experience running A/B tests and optimising campaigns.
• Knowledge of retargeting, remarketing and audience segmentation.
• Effective budget management with focus on key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, CAC, CR, ROAS, ROI, ROMI, LTV).
