Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Marketing Coordinator will support Ultra Technologies by managing its social media presence, creating and updating corporate content, and organizing internal and partner events.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee social media accounts, create and share content while preserving corporate design.
• Prepare and refine presentations about company services.
• Plan, organize and manage corporate events, team‑building activities and partner gatherings.
• Monitor event budgets, track expenses and ensure compliance with approved financial controls.
• Identify needs for promotional products and coordinate their procurement.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or communications.
• Fluent Azerbaijani; good English and Russian.
• Strong presentation preparation abilities and creative event‑concept development.
• Excellent communication, organizational and time‑management skills.
