About the role

The company is looking for an Assistant to the Administrative‑Economic Director to support sales planning and execution across the Masazır area. The role involves coordinating sales targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring the sales team operates efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and adjust Baku sales plans in line with the overall company strategy.
• Set product sales targets, track indicators and update strategies accordingly.
• Lead and supervise sales representatives, organise training and mentorship programmes.
• Analyse customer needs, propose solutions and expand the client base.
• Collect and analyse competitor and market trend data.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports for management.

Required profile

• Higher education in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales or management, with proven ability to design and implement sales strategies.
• Strong leadership, communication and decision‑making skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in an intensive schedule.

Required skills

• Advanced use of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Proficiency with Excel for data analysis and reporting.
