Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

Just IS Agency is looking for a Sales Development Representative to build an outbound pipeline for its design and development services. You will identify potential clients, start conversations with decision makers, qualify interest, and schedule discovery calls for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and build targeted lead lists based on the ideal client profile.
• Research companies and decision makers such as founders, product leads, and marketing heads.
• Run outbound campaigns on LinkedIn and email, writing and testing outreach messages.
• Handle replies, answer initial questions, qualify interest, and book discovery calls.
• Keep the CRM updated and share weekly activity and results reports.
• Suggest improvements to targeting and messaging based on performance.

Required profile

• Experience as an SDR, lead generator, or outbound salesperson (junior level welcome).
• Strong written English and ability to craft natural, personalized messages.
• Self‑driven, organized, and able to work independently across time zones.

Required skills

• Outbound and lead generation tools.
• Email deliverability knowledge, including domain setup and warm‑up.
• CRM usage and basic reporting.
• Automation tools such as n8n or Clay (nice to have).
