B2B and Sales Specialist

About the role

The company is looking for a responsible team member to build a supply network for construction, renovation and interior design materials for its design studio and showroom. The role will start with forming the material base and later focus on partnership management, sales and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential partner companies that produce or distribute construction, renovation and interior design materials.
• Arrange meetings with companies, attract sample products, stands and catalogs for the showroom, and negotiate consignment contracts.
• Monitor market trends, new materials and brands, and invite new companies to the showroom.
• Maintain up‑to‑date information on the material base, refresh showroom displays, and track stock.
• Provide detailed information about the company's services to customers.
• Deliver professional customer service and participate in the sales process.
• Suggest product selections that meet customer requirements.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in purchasing, B2B sales or partnership management in construction or interior design materials.
• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills with a professional business etiquette.
• Familiarity with the construction and renovation materials market is a plus.
• Fluent Azerbaijani, good Russian (English is a plus).
• Operative, goal‑oriented and able to work well in a team.
