Field Sales Representative

About the role

This position is a field‑based sales role, not a desk job. You will actively travel within an assigned area, meet business owners face‑to‑face, demonstrate our platform on‑site and help them join the service. You will act as the face of the company, building trust with local entrepreneurs and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Visit businesses in the designated territory.
• Present the platform on‑site and onboard new business users.
• Generate new client leads and maintain ongoing relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of visits and client interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to relay field feedback and improve the offering.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Result‑oriented, independent and proactive attitude.
• Fluent in Azerbaijani; Russian is desirable.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned area.
