About the role

Touch Support is looking for enthusiastic individuals to start a career in IT support. This fully remote, entry‑level position offers training and onboarding from scratch, allowing you to develop skills in Linux, Windows and cloud technologies while assisting US‑based customers.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email and phone, providing quick and effective resolutions.
• Assist with onboarding, education and ongoing support throughout the customer journey.
• Handle technical and billing‑related questions, acting as a customer advocate.
• Contribute to increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty through personalized service.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills.
• High school diploma.
• Strong interest in Linux or Windows system administration and troubleshooting.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with a passion for helping people.
• Willingness to work shifts in local time (afternoon/evening).
