Growth Campaign Manager - CIS

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Campaign Manager to lead integrated marketing initiatives across the CIS region. The role will coordinate go‑to‑market launches, collaborate with product, community, CRM, paid media and regional teams, and ensure campaigns are localized and delivered on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate go‑to‑market launches across multiple functions.
• Manage campaign timelines and execution.
• Work closely with Community, Product, CRM, Paid and regional teams.
• Localize global campaigns for the local market.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimisations.
• Ensure consistent execution quality across all initiatives.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Growth or Integrated Marketing.
• Strong project‑management skills.
• Data‑driven mindset.
• Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Excellent stakeholder management and execution abilities.
• Native Russian speaker with strong English communication skills.
