Community Associate Internship

About the role

This internship is a core part of the community team, giving you real ownership over community operations, engagement, and content pipelines. You will work independently, analyse data, and collaborate across multiple teams without constant supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and track community member engagement metrics across platforms, identify patterns, and flag risks or opportunities for the Community Lead.
• Manage day‑to‑day activity on community platforms, including channel monitoring, announcements, and member communications.
• Coordinate execution of community initiatives, workshops, and events, handling timelines, cross‑team dependencies, and stakeholder follow‑ups.
• Liaise with internal teams to track deliverables and keep community‑related workstreams on schedule.
• Propose new community initiatives based on existing strategy and engagement data.
• Work closely with Community Champions on event topics, speaker selection, and member engagement activities.
• Drive the community content creation pipeline, ensuring designated contributors deliver consistently and on time.

Required profile

• Full professional proficiency in English, written and verbal.
• Strong analytical thinking: ability to read data, draw conclusions, and act on them.
• Creative, out‑of‑the‑box mindset capable of proposing ideas.
• Highly organized with strong attention to cross‑team dependencies and follow‑through.
• Familiarity with community platforms such as Discord, Slack, GitHub, or Telegram.
• Technical background or genuine interest in tech to hold credible conversations with engineers, data professionals, and product teams.
• Prior experience in community management, event coordination, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of Russian is preferred.
