Performance Marketing Specialist (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads)

About the role

JYSK Azerbaijan is looking for a Targeting / Performance Marketing Specialist to drive high‑quality leads and sales through paid digital channels. You will own the end‑to‑end performance of campaigns, using data‑driven insights to continuously improve results.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze products, target audiences and competitors to shape media strategies.
• Define campaign objectives, KPIs and media plans, allocating budgets across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and Google Ads.
• Launch, monitor and optimise campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google Search, Performance Max, YouTube and other formats.
• Set up audience targeting, retargeting, remarketing and Lookalike Audiences.
• Conduct A/B tests on audiences, offers, creatives and campaign combinations.
• Analyse daily performance, reducing CPL/CPA and increasing ROAS.
• Track the full advertising funnel from impressions to leads and sales.
• Implement tracking with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel and UTM parameters.
• Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with marketing, SMM, design, content and sales teams.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and Google Ads.
• Proven ability to set up pixels, events and conversion tracking.
• Strong understanding of performance‑marketing metrics and sales‑funnel principles.
• Data‑driven decision‑making and experience with A/B testing.
• Effective budget management and optimisation skills.
