SPA Attendant

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional SPA Attendant to ensure a welcoming and hygienic environment for our guests. You will be the first point of contact, helping visitors feel relaxed while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a cheerful demeanor, respond promptly to requests, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of changing rooms, treatment rooms, equipment, and all SPA facilities in line with health and safety standards.
• Monitor and restock SPA supplies such as towels, beverages, and guest amenities.
• Supervise SPA area usage, observe activities, and report any concerns to management.
• Provide operational support to the SPA team, assisting with daily routines and tasks to enhance guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Ability to stay calm and courteous under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to multitask.
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and official holidays.
• Adaptability to changing work conditions.
• Previous experience as a SPA attendant, housekeeper, or similar role is preferred.
