About the role

The Food & Beverage Server delivers exceptional quality and service to guests at the Four Seasons Hotel Baku’s restaurant. You will provide expertly served beverages and dining experiences, anticipate guests’ needs, act as a menu expert, and create memorable moments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide an enjoyable dining experience through professionalism, quality, and friendliness.
• Anticipate guest needs, offer suggestions, and respond promptly to concerns and requests.
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables in line with service standards.

Required profile

• Outgoing personality with a can‑do approach to tasks.
• High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine.
• Background in luxury resort or hotel environments considered an asset.
