Experienced Incoming Tour Manager

About the role

The Incoming Tour Manager will coordinate inbound tour requests from international partners, creating tailored itineraries for both FIT and group tours. You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring smooth operations from booking to execution.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming tour requests (RFQs) and prepare detailed FIT and group tour programs, itineraries, costings and quotations.
• Coordinate hotels, transfers, transportation, guides, restaurants and excursions, managing reservations and confirmations.
• Communicate daily with international partners, DMCs, agencies and suppliers, negotiating rates and monitoring service quality.
• Address tour changes and operational issues promptly, maintaining accurate information in the CRM system.
• Follow company procedures, response‑time standards and KPIs.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in incoming tourism, DMC or tour operations.
• Strong knowledge of hotel, transfer and tour operations for FIT and group tours.
• Fluent in English and Russian (mandatory).
• Excellent communication, organization and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and make fast, accurate decisions.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, customer‑focused and a strong team player.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience using CRM systems.
