Spa Manager

About the role

As a Spa Manager you will lead the daily operations of the spa, ensuring every guest experiences the light and warmth of hospitality. You will be responsible for delivering memorable experiences that enhance each stay while driving revenue and maintaining high standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations, including guest service, product quality, inventory, systems and departmental budgets.
• Develop spa menus and implement marketing and merchandising strategies to maximize revenue and enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain spa facilities and equipment to ensure cleanliness, safety and excellent working order.
• Monitor service trends, respond to guest feedback and implement improvements to elevate overall satisfaction.
• Supervise, coach and mentor the spa team, conduct performance evaluations and provide development opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations to protect guests and team members.
