Spa Attendant – Full‑Time (Baku)

About the role

Join Marriott International as a Spa Attendant at our Baku location, providing guests with a warm welcome and seamless spa experience. This full‑time, on‑site role focuses on guest orientation, hospitality, and maintaining a clean, inviting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, explain spa facilities, locker rooms, lounge areas and hospitality stations.
• Offer amenities such as water, juice, and heated neck pillows.
• Answer guest questions about property information and escort them to treatment rooms.
• Monitor and update the daily schedule on the computer.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, treatment rooms, locker rooms and lounge areas; manage trash and linen disposal.
• Stock towels, linens, supplies and amenities throughout the spa.
• Secure supplies and equipment at shift end and report any accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Adhere to company policies, uniform standards and safety training.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior spa or related experience required.
• Ability to lift or carry items up to 10 lb and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Professional appearance and clear, courteous communication.
