Senior Brand Manager

About the role

The Senior Brand Manager leads the execution of brand strategies and integrates projects that drive sustainable growth in volume, market share, and brand equity. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the role owns the annual business planning process for an assigned brand portfolio and works cross‑functionally with internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Define and align long‑term growth strategies with all stakeholders for assigned brands.
• Lead brand and portfolio initiatives, ensuring end‑to‑end consumer marketing plan execution.
• Develop concepts, secure system‑wide alignment (ideas, KPIs, budget) and oversee national, regional, channel and account‑specific promotions.
• Own Direct Marketing Expenditure (DME) management and related due diligence.
• Ensure all communications follow brand strategy and global guidelines, driving excellence across digital, social, experiential and traditional media.
• Identify innovation opportunities, lead new product development and commercialization projects.
• Track performance against KPIs, provide brand analytics and feed insights into risk/opportunity assessments.
• Gather and disseminate local consumer and shopper insights to inform strategy and activation planning.
• Lead the development of annual brand business plans and support localization of integrated marketing communications.

Required profile

• Relevant degree in Marketing, Economics or Business Administration.
• Minimum 4‑5 years of progressive marketing activation and leadership experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong business, commercial and financial acumen.
• Experience working with external partners such as agencies and customers, ideally within the Coca‑Cola system.
• Proven success managing large brands and marketing investments.
• Experience in cross‑functional and cross‑geographical team environments.
