Room Attendant – Hospitality Role

About the role

As a Room Attendant you will be the face of hospitality, ensuring each guest’s stay is comfortable and memorable. You will work on the hotel floor, maintaining cleanliness and responding to guest needs with a warm, attentive attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Keep guest rooms spotless by cleaning, making beds, dusting, vacuuming and performing deep‑cleaning tasks.
• Replenish linens and amenities, replace towels and guest essentials as needed.
• Manage housekeeping supplies, stock and transport the supply cart daily.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and dispose of waste in designated areas.

• Ability to perform cleaning and housekeeping duties efficiently.
