Remote Clinical Trial Support Specialist

About the role

Angel City VA is seeking experienced remote professionals to provide clinical trial support to independent research sites, sponsors, CROs, and healthcare organizations. Candidates will work from anywhere in the listed regions and contribute to the full lifecycle of clinical studies.

Key responsibilities

• Guide trial participants through study procedures, visit expectations, and informed‑consent processes.
• Deliver patient education and engagement initiatives to improve retention.
• Assist with regulatory documentation, study operations, finance, and sponsor communications as needed.
• Support site teams on study set‑up, data entry, monitoring coordination, and issue resolution.
• Maintain compliance with GCP, HIPAA, and other relevant standards.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in medical or biopharmaceutical settings.
• Completed and current training in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and HIPAA.
• Ability to work independently, detail‑oriented, and comfortable with virtual collaboration.
• Willingness to provide three professional references and undergo background checks.
