About the role

The Medical Products Development Manager will design new medical and wellness service packages for spa and resort profiles, improve existing offerings, and ensure they meet modern medical standards. The role also involves scientific evaluation of treatment programs and coordination with medical, spa and related departments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new medical and wellness service packages (balneotherapy, physiotherapy, dietotherapy, rehabilitation, etc.) tailored to resort profiles.
• Upgrade existing medical services to align with current medical standards and health‑tourism regulations.
• Prepare evidence‑based proposals to assess and optimise therapeutic program effectiveness.
• Create concepts for hotel‑specific medical brand products such as detox, cardiac, orthopaedic and rehabilitation programmes.
• Monitor scientific developments in curative tourism, physiotherapy and rehabilitation and apply them to services.
• Collect, analyse and report medical data on treatment outcomes, guest satisfaction and clinical indicators.
• Develop SOPs for all medical staff and ensure compliance with resort medical norms and local legislation.
• Organise regular training for medical, spa and related teams on products, services and protocols.
• Produce medical information booklets, programme brochures and presentation materials for guests.
• Manage projects for new medical products and programmes, including planning, budgeting, execution and reporting.

Required profile

• Higher medical education (medical degree).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in medical affairs, product development or as a medical consultant.
• Excellent communication skills in Azerbaijani, Russian and English (listening, speaking, writing).
• Strong analytical abilities and problem‑solving skills.
• Attention to detail in planning and calculation tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications at an advanced level.
