About the role

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests at Four Seasons Baku, helping to create the memorable, luxury experience the brand promises.

Key responsibilities

Welcome guests with a warm, genuine smile and recognize returning visitors.
Assist with guest check‑in and check‑out procedures.
Support the delivery of exceptional guest experiences in line with Four Seasons standards.

Required profile

Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine heart for hospitality.
