Guest Services Agent – Baku

About the role

The Guest Services Agent provides guests with accurate information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions while ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. This position acts as a liaison between guests and various hotel departments to resolve requests promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Supply guests with directions, service hours, and information on property amenities and local points of interest.
• Contact appropriate departments (bellperson, front desk, housekeeping, engineering, security) to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems.
• Follow up with guests to confirm satisfaction with resolved issues.
• Receive, record, and relay messages accurately and legibly.
• Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs.
• Communicate VIP arrivals to designated personnel for escort and amenity delivery.
• Adhere to company policies, report accidents or unsafe conditions, maintain professional appearance, and protect confidential information.
• Provide courteous telephone etiquette and clear professional language.
• Develop positive working relationships and support team goals.
• Identify and recommend ideas to improve efficiency, quality, safety, or cost‑savings.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
