About the role

This internship provides support for Automated Banking Systems (ABS). The intern will handle user portal queries and resolve application issues within defined timeframes.

Key responsibilities

Provide support for Automated Banking Systems (ABS).
Process user portal queries within agreed time limits.
Investigate and resolve problems reported by application users.

Required profile

Fluent in Azerbaijani; Russian language knowledge is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure, analytical thinking and goal‑orientation.
Teamwork skills.
