Audio Visual Technician

About the role

The Audio Visual Technician will support Four Seasons’ Baku hotel by ensuring all audio‑visual, projection, lighting and conferencing systems operate flawlessly for guests and events. This hands‑on role combines technical expertise with a commitment to delivering a premium hospitality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV, projection, lighting, and conferencing equipment in banquet and meeting rooms.
• Oversee the installation and configuration of AV systems for events, ensuring optimal performance.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness, perform minor repairs, and replace components as needed.
• Secure and dress all loose wires and cables to meet safety standards.
• Assist guests and staff with proper usage of AV equipment and provide clear instructions.
• Remove and store equipment securely after events.
• Follow all safety and security policies to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
