Technical Office Engineer – Construction Projects

About the role

Akkord Sənaye Tikinti İnvestisiya Korporasiyası is looking for a technical office engineer to work on construction projects in the Aghstafa district. The salary is agreed during the interview. Candidates should send their CV by email, stating "Technical Office Engineer" in the subject line.

Key responsibilities

• Calculate project volumes for general construction and analyse cost estimates for construction, installation and repair works, preparing the estimate documents on time.
• Prepare daily and weekly work plans, monthly reports for the project manager, and check monthly technical reports and contractor reports.
• Monitor compliance of works with design documents, construction norms and regulations, and prepare methodological materials and proposals.
• Take part in obtaining technical documentation for new objects and prepare initial information and briefings for design work.
• Prepare estimates, orders, applications, instructions, schemes and other technical documents, and prepare reports according to approved forms and deadlines.
• Keep estimates up to date with changes in normative prices, insurance premiums and catalogues, and coordinate estimates with design organisations.
• Prepare accounting documents to close out costs of completed objects and share labour limits for ongoing design work.

Required profile

• Higher education.
• At least 2 years of experience in the same field.
• Azerbaijani; English and Russian (desirable).
