Materials Engineer – Construction

About the role

Akkord Sənaye Tikinti İnvestisiya Korporasiyası is looking for a materials engineer based in the Agstafa district. The salary is agreed during the interview. The main workplace is the office, with occasional trips to construction sites.

Key responsibilities

• Calculate the required materials, machinery and labour according to the construction installation plan
• Prepare cost reports and technical reports on materials used for completed work
• Prepare Form-2 documents in line with смет (cost estimates)
• Compile weekly, monthly and final reports
• Calculate work volumes and material quantities in projects
• Carry out technical supervision according to the cost estimate and prepare monthly technical reports on the project

Required profile

• University degree
• At least 2 years of experience in the same field
• Azerbaijani, English and Russian (preferred)
