About the role
Birbank is seeking a specialist to manage its SME portfolio in the Nakhchivan region, attract new SME customers, and propose suitable banking products to meet their financial needs.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain long‑term, effective relationships with existing clients and provide financial advice based on identified needs.
- Receive product orders from clients and coordinate the related processes.
- Attract new customers to meet the annual turnover target.
- Offer credit lines, guarantees, letters of credit, factoring, payroll projects and other bank products tailored to client needs.
- Work to develop the client portfolio and increase sales of bank products.
Required profile
- University degree in finance, economics, business administration or related field.
- Banking experience in SME credit.
- Strong sales and client acquisition abilities.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer‑oriented, result‑driven attitude with high responsibility and discipline.
