Sales Engineer (Balaxanı area)

About the role

This position is responsible for developing and executing sales plans in line with the company's overall strategy for the Balaxanı area. The role involves leading a team of sales representatives, analysing market trends, and expanding the customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare sales plans for Baku and set product sales targets.
• Monitor sales performance, adjust strategies, and report results to management.
• Lead, coach, and supervise sales representatives, organizing training and mentorship programs.
• Analyse customer needs, propose solutions, and identify new prospects.
• Collect and analyse competitor and market data to drive initiatives that increase sales volume.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Management, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales or management, with proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in an intensive schedule.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• High competence with MS Office applications.
