About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Sales Engineer to lead our Baku sales operations. You will shape and execute sales plans, drive target achievement and support the growth of our customer base in the Balaxanı area.

Key responsibilities

• Develop Baku sales plans aligned with the company’s overall strategy.
• Set product sales targets and implement actions to meet them.
• Monitor sales metrics, adjust strategies and report results.
• Lead and supervise the Baku sales team, ensuring high performance.
• Organise training and mentorship programmes for professional development.
• Allocate work and optimise team processes for efficiency.
• Analyse customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Identify new prospects and expand the customer base.
• Gather and analyse competitor and market trend data.
• Launch initiatives to increase product sales volume.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports for management.
• Track market dynamics and provide strategic recommendations.
• Visit assigned sales points regularly to oversee sales activities.
• Conduct face‑to‑face meetings with customers and sales staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in sales or management.
• Proven experience in creating and implementing sales strategies.
• Strong leadership, team‑management and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in an intensive schedule.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
