Receptionist

About the role

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience. This position supports daily office operations and contributes to efficient communication across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Greet visitors, direct them to the appropriate personnel, and manage the reception area.
• Answer, screen, and transfer phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
• Provide information to clients and the public, responding to routine questions.
• Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
• Maintain stationery inventory, log supplies, and coordinate mail distribution.
• Liaise with courier services to manage outgoing and incoming shipments.

Required profile

• Higher education (university degree).
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Azerbaijani and English; Russian is a plus.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, stay patient, and interact positively with visitors.
• Interpersonal skills that create a pleasant experience for customers and staff.
