About the role

The company is looking for a dynamic sales leader to develop and execute sales plans in Baku, aligning with the overall corporate strategy. You will drive product sales, manage a team of representatives, and expand the customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and implement sales plans for the Baku market, set product sales targets and take actions to achieve them.
• Monitor sales performance, adjust strategies, and report results to senior management.
• Lead, coach and supervise the sales team, organise training and mentorship programmes.
• Analyse customer needs, propose suitable solutions, and identify new prospects.
• Collect and analyse competitor and market trend data to inform initiatives.
• Visit assigned sales points regularly to oversee the sales process and hold face‑to‑face meetings with clients and teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales or management, with proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel and work in an intensive schedule.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• High competence with MS Office suite.
